Introducing Enjoying Grace Ministries

You have visited us in the midst of a major reconstruction here at EnjoyingGrace.org.

For the last three years, this website has been the online home of Grace Community Church. In June of this year we concluded a nearly three year season of ministry as a church and stepped back from our public gatherings and activities. It had become clear that these years of ministry had been led and appointed by the Lord to be a distinct and fruitful time of foundational teaching and personal relationship and care, but that the time had come for us to regroup and seek the Lord and His purposes for us going forward from here.

In the months since this decision, the Lord has refocused our attention on ministry hopes and desires that have have been taking root and constantly invading our thoughts over the last 20+ years. We are persuaded that the Lord is now opening the door to initiate a small network of ministry activities that will proclaim and promote an intoxicating vision of God's gladness and glory and an expanding expectation of the extravagant and explosive grace that is known and experienced in Jesus Christ. We are happily devoted to magnifying the boundless treasure of the Lord and the unstoppable impact of His grace in the minds and hearts of any who will listen.

These things - we passionately believe - change everything!

This endeavor will be called Enjoying Grace Ministries and in the coming days this site will be overhauled to introduce and inform this God-entranced worldview. We will also survey the ministries, resources, and activities that are either in immediate formation or (in some cases) in our hopeful fantasies.

Among these things, there are soon-coming adventures like Unveiled Faces (a Blog) and St. Giles Street Conversations (audio Podcasts) - a series of short, instructive, animated, wide-topic discussions, intended to provoke the thought, activity, dialogue, laughter, and change that arise irresistibly from paying really close attention to really big Ideas.

The buttons and drop down tabs above will begin to offer a tantalizing taste of where we are headed. These buttons and tabs will be added soon (to give a hint of things to come) and we will gradually fill out the substance and content of the introductions, themes, and plans that are outlined by these tabs.

If you are here in search of the Messages offered over the last three years at Grace Community Church, they are available to be downloaded or streamed at the Sound of Grace button above. Message outlines can also be downloaded there and the Biblical teaching available on that page is a resource for any who want to begin (while other endeavors are in development) to better understand who we are, where we're at, and where we want to go.
